Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff

I was really excited to share this recipe with you all – I made it last week and have been obsessed. You know how I am when I like something. So this is my current obsession. If you’re on a health journey like me or are trying to lose weight while also eating yummy desserts this is it. Protein fluff is obviously packed with tons of protein – 26g to be exact and so filling. This is the best hack out there to feel full and satisfy your sweet tooth.

With only 190 calories, it makes for a great dessert to end the night or a midday snack when you’re not quite ready for lunch yet. Better yet, can we make after lunch dessert a thing? Sometimes your girl has the biggest sweet tooth after lunch.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Powder – I use PEScience. I love this protein powder.
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding – I don’t see it on Amazon but if you search it on instacart you can find what store it will most likely be at.
  • Xanthan Gum – This helps with the consistency and you definitely need it for this recipe. Do not skip out on it!
  • Hershey’s Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup – It’s too expensive online so I’d get it on your next grocery store trip. If you can’t find it or want to do an online order, this one is good too.
  • Food Processor – I like this Ninja one.
  • Frozen Strawberries
