Skinny No Bake Key Lime Pie is just as good as your traditional pie, just lower in calories and can fit into your daily macros easily. It’s such a great treat at the end of the day with a crunchy crust and creamy lime filling.

My girls and I have become completely obsessed with these no bake pies. They are egg free which is perfect for my daughter who has an egg allergy. It can be tough for her to feel included sometimes in life like at school but I do my best to make fun desserts she can munch on. I like to make them both feel included – they’re my little kitchen helpers. Making food and desserts are a great way to bond with your kids in my opinion. My girls love helping out.

It’s great because it’s just a few ingredients and takes about 15 minutes to make. So easy! I love a good no bake dessert. Especially in the summer time. You can enjoy a cool dessert and not have to use your oven and get your kitchen hot.

These are just so fun and deserve a permanent spot on the blog.

Can I use a different filling?

Yes. There are so many different flavor combinations with jello and yogurt. Make it fun and try different flavor combos or mix and match. If you do, please let me know what flavor combinations you did! I love to hear from you guys. 

How can I make this the most accurate to add to my macros?

Personally, I love casseroles, cakes, pies, etc. Some people who are on a fitness journey tend to stray away from them because they feel like they cannot be accurate or cut it accurately enough. I just do the best I can but I also found this 8 piece pie cutter on Amazon.

  1. Microwave 1/3 cup of water for about one minute and 30 seconds.

  2. Mix in your lime Jell-O packet until completely dissolved.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt and lime Jell-O until well combined.

  4. Next, fold in the Cool Whip.

  5. Add the filling into your graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

  6. Lastly, cut into 8 even slices and enjoy!
