Hi! My name is Janelle and I am a wife, mama of 2 beautiful girls and Health and Wellness Blogger. I love sharing easy, delicious recipes that never make you feel like you’re “on a diet.”
I started my journey about 4 years ago after I had my first daughter. I was 35 pounds overweight, struggling with postpartum depression and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I knew I had to make a change when I noticed I was avoiding social gatherings and photos.
After trying many failed diets, I recently signed up to see a nutritionist. I want to make one thing clear and that’s that I am not a nutritionist or dietician – I am simply just sharing my journey to health and balance. Sometimes eating the “regular” piece of chocolate cake and other days making it a little more low calorie. Life is about balance and I’m all about having fun with food.
I started this community because I want us to motivate one another and keep each other accountable to become the best versions of ourselves for ourselves! No matter our weight, different body types, skin, my page is about positivity and love.
