Two Ingredient Skinny Cherry Pie

Low calorie Cherry Pie for One!
Two Ingredient Skinny Cherry Pie pinit

The key to making this Two Ingredient Skinny Cherry Pie is to swap the pie crust for graham crackers. Made with graham crackers, sweet cherry pie filling, baked to perfection and topped with whipped cream.

I love this two ingredient pie because you can easily make it for yourself when you’re craving something sweet. It’s the perfect combo of sweet, creamy and crunchy all at the same time. I bake them in these ramekins I get from Amazon. They’re perfect for single sized desserts.

There are mini pie crusts you can purchase, but for me graham crackers are easier. We also have them as a snack in the house for the girls and their lunches. Also, if you wanted to use fresh cherries, that can totally be done. I’m just looking for the easiest and quickest way a lot of the time!

If you are dairy free, you can swap the whip cream for a non-dairy one. A recipe can always be customizable to fit your dietary needs or wants with a few simple swaps!
