No Bake Protein Strawberry Cheesecake

Healthier Strawberry Cheesecake!
No Bake Protein Strawberry Cheesecake pinit

Being as it is the new year and some of us are looking to shed a few pounds, I made a healthier No Bake Protein Strawberry Cheesecake. It’s light, low calories and absolutely delicious!

There are so many different ways to make a “light” version of strawberry cheesecake but I bet you this is the quickest. Plus, it’s delicious so why not go with this option? You also probably already have these ingredients in your house.

Mom Life

Sometimes I crave something and end up putting some random things together and wall-ah! I’m sitting there with this amazing healthy strawberry cheesecake. I really do surprise myself sometimes. I was sitting on the couch craving Cheesecake Factory, knowing it’s way too far of a drive and came up with this. Sometimes it’s not even about the calories, it’s about the laziness and me not wanting to get dressed and get in my car. If you know, you know. #MOMLIFE

If I’m going to get up, get dressed, ready and get in my car I’d rather just go to the gym. Or even my #HotMomWalk. I am such a walker so I started this #HotMomWalk – going off the Hot Girl Walk from TikTok. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who started it! Especially if I don’t have a babysitter, I like to get the stroller and Rae gets her scooter and we go on a walk. It’s great exercise for your physical health and mental health. You have to join me!
