While Starbucks brought back their Pumpkin Spice Latte today, I am bringing my Low Calorie Pumpkin Pie Moscow Mule. Which, in my opinion is better because it contains alcohol.
I am so excited for fall and semi-cold weather. If you don’t know, I live in Southern California so we don’t really experience fall but I like to pretend. The clothes, the food, the drinks, it’s all so fun and cozy. This Pumpkin Pie Moscow Mule is the perfect start.
When I have family or friends over for dinner I like to make a signature drink that I can impress them with. This is definitely one of them during this time of year. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and spice. Add the vodka for the everything nice part.
Low Calorie Pumpkin Pie Moscow Mule
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Vodka – You can use regular vodka but if you want a little added sweetness (which I suggest) then you can swap it for vanilla flavored vodka.
- Pumpkin Puree – I get whatever is on sale at my local grocery store.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice – You can find this on Amazon, Trader Joe’s or the grocery store. I’m not 100% sure if they have it in stock yet so if you don’t want to make a trip to the store, I’d suggest purchasing on Amazon.
- Lime Juice – Fresh is always going to be the best but the bottled one works just fine.
- Ginger Beer – Zevia or any “light” one – I like these ones I get from Amazon.
- Moscow Mule Mugs – Of course you will need these Moscow Mule mugs. Perfect for entertaining and they come with straws! You definitely need a set if you’re a moscow mule fan.
- Shaker Cup – Even if I don’t use this sometimes, you guys should. I take the easy way out because I put off buying one for a long time but the drinks will definitely come out better if you have one.
