These easy keto cauliflower pizza bakes seriously surprised me! I knew they would be good, but I didn’t expect them to be THAT good. You see, I like cauliflower crust but it can be mushy and hard to eat with your hands. I thought why not just cook cauliflower and add the toppings on top? Easy, peasy and delicious.
Now, of course, if you want a piece of pizza, eat the pizza but this is just a way to incorporate more veggies and make it less calories. Plus, it’s delicious so you actually don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything.
I am actually a huge fan of cauliflower. It doesn’t have much flavor so you can make it into whatever you want. For example, my roasted cauliflower, cauliflower nachos, cauliflower buffalo wings (coming Tuesday), cauliflower rice and so much more.
