Are you ready to try the best cauliflower ever? Now, I’m warning you… once you have it like this, you’re not going to be able to have it any other way.
I love roasting veggies because it’s quick, easy, prep time is minimal and you just put it in the oven and you’re basically done. It’s a great side dish to pretty much go with anything and also a great dish to take to a summer cookout or party. It’s definitely a crowdpleaser! Even my two small kids devour this cauliflower. I bet you don’t hear that often, kids eating cauliflower? That’s unheard of! Not really, but it’s not very often you have to admit.
Alright, alright.. enough chit chat. Let’s make this dang cauliflower I’m hyping up!
My Roasted Cauliflower!
Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees.
Chop your cauliflower into 2 inch pieces.
In a large (if you can, reusable) ziplock bag, add the cauliflower and oil. Shake and set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, mix your spices and almond flower together.
Add spice mix to the ziplock bag and shake until the cauliflower is fully coated.
Line a baking sheet with foil and add cauliflower.
Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Stir halfway through and switch racks on your oven.
