An Apple Cider Margarita Pitcher is a must make this Holiday season. It’s just the right amount of sweetness with a refreshing after taste.

If you know me, I love me a margarita – of course I had to make a Fall/Winter version. My “secret” ingredient when it comes to making these delicious cocktails, is Grand Marnier Liqueur. It adds a subtle orange citrus flavor that compliments the apple cider very well. You can actually use Grand Marnier as an upgrade for Cointreau in cocktails. You can drink it straight or on the rocks. Another option would also be to use triple sec.

If you live in San Diego, you know the best apple cider is in Julian. Where all the fresh apple pies and cider is made. If you’re visiting San Diego, it’s a must see. A small little town up in the mountains. If you’re not, head over to your local grocery store and get some fresh cider.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Tequila – Use any blanco tequila but I’ve been dying to try Arette. My assistant told me about it and I saw it on TikTok. It’s super affordable and smooth. An extremely good tequila for the price.
  • Fresh Apple Cider – Pick this up at your local grocery store or if you are able to go to an apple orchard, that would be best!
  • Grand Marnier
  • Simple Syrup – Make your own. Of course it’s only a couple bucks at the store but it’s literally just sugar and water. Heat one part water and one part sugar on the stove until the sugar dissolves. Easy peasy and so cheap.
  • Cinnamon + Sugar Mixture
  • Agave
  • Apple Slices and Cinnamon Sticks – This will be for garnish so it is optional but not really. You need it to make your cocktail cute!

  1. Add all your ingredients to a pitcher and mix.

  2. Take your glass and rim with agave, cinnamon and sugar mix, add in the margarita and garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
