Shamrock Protein Shake

McDonald's Copy Cat Shamrock Shake - but the healthy version!
Shamrock Protein Shake pinit

Today I made a Shamrock Protein Shake that’s low calorie and packed with protein. If you’re a fan of McDonald’s Shamrock Shake, you’ll love this version.

Plus, this takes about 5 minutes eliminating the time to drive order and drive back from McDonald’s. The best part it – well, two things. It’s healthier and you can have it all year round. It’s definitely a St. Patrick’s Day themed recipe you’ll want to keep close. Along with my Shamrock Pudding Shots.

Best blender to use

Any blender should do just fine since it’s one serving with a cup of ice. I used my Ninja blender that I got off Amazon. I have a vitamix but sometime I like to use the cup for the Ninja because its easy to clean and I can pop it in the dishwasher.

Do I have to use Premier Protein shakes?

Nope. You can use your favorite protein and add water to it. I also like the Pea protein from Costco.
