I have been dreaming of these keto pumpkin nut clusters ever since I made them. The perfect combo of crunchy, sweet and salty. With only 5 ingredients and the prep time under 10 minutes, they’re the perfect last minute dessert. Kid’s school having a potluck and it slipped your mind? Prep these, stick them in the fridge for 30 minutes while you get the kiddos ready and take them out before heading out the door. Easy as that.
Around the holidays, I get the biggest sweet tooth! That’s why I’ve been on a pumpkin kick and making all the sweet things.
- Peanut Butter Pumpkin Bites
- Pumpkin Overnight Oats
- Pumpkin Chaffle – Who has tried this one? It’s so good but I got a ton of hate on tiktok for making it!
