This High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip is a low calorie version of everyone’s favorite game day snack. Packed with high protein greek yogurt and buffalo sauce goodness.
Not only is this dip delicious, keeps you full, packed with protein but also makes for the perfect snack. It’s quick and easy to put together so if there’s a day I know I might be a more hungry, I’ll definitely have this ready to go. It’s also easy to adjust and work this into your macros on a day where you surprisingly feel more hungry.
Another great thing about this dip is that the spiciness level is adjustable. I prefer lots of hot sauce because I love spicy foods. I’ve also made these delicious low carb Stuffed Buffalo Zucchini Boats and these Buffalo Cauliflower Wings. Both so good while being low calorie and low carb!

Here’s what you’ll need:
- Chicken
- Buffalo Sauce
- Greek Yogurt

- My Favorite Bowls Set – I think I’ve linked these in every single blog post since I’ve started. These are a staple in my kitchen accessories. They come in all sizes and are so versatile. I love them! Definitely a kitchen must have.

What to pair Buffalo Chicken Dip with?
Anything you’d like! I like to pair it with carrots, cucumber, celery or tortilla chips. Any veggies with it would be great to keep it low calorie.
