I am obsessed with making these Easy Keto Fat Dough Bagels! Please, save your time and money and make these yourself. I know I always say this, but come on, please. They’re so good and low carb! This is to everyone who says you can’t have bagels on keto because I am about to show you how to make some delicious ones. Nobody will even know these are keto and low carb.

If you know me, you know my obsession with Everything Bagel Seasoning and this combo is just… MWAH! Chef’s kiss. I actually have a recipe for Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning here. Or is it Everything BUT the Bagel Seasoning? I mean, that one does make more sense but for some reason I am stuck on the first way. Either way, correct me in the comment section haha!

You can whip these up in a short amount of time with things you probably already have in your fridge. You won’t be needing any silicone or baking dishes. Just mix, bake, mold with your hands and enjoy.

WHAT IS THIS BAGEL MADE OF?

These bagels are made from fathead dough which is a combination of almond flour, cheese and eggs. You can also use fathead dough for other things like breads or pizza crusts. Or if you want a dessert dough, add vanilla extract and sweetener.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Shredded Mozzarella – I chose this cheese because it’s mild and you don’t get a ton of flavor from it but it’s great for baking.

Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning: Check out my recipe and the ingredients are linked in my Amazon.

Eggs – Whole eggs.

Cream Cheese

Almond Flour

Baking Powder

HOW TO EAT THEM:

  1. Definitely with cream cheese, duh. That’s one way.
  2. You can do Salmon and Lox.
  3. Cream cheese and thinly sliced cucumber. YUM!
  4. Keep some of the bagels plain so you can do a PB & J one.
  5. Different flavored cream cheese.
  6. Avocado + chili pepper flakes.
  7. Egg breakfast sandwich.
  8. Turkey melt with cheese and avocado.

Once again, the possibilities are endless. Food is FUN! How will you be pairing your bagel? Let me know in the comments.

CAN THESE BAGEL BE FROZEN?

Yes, you can make these ahead of time or for meal prep and freeze them. I recommend reheating them in the oven or the air fryer so you get that crispy texture on the outside. We love a crunch! #CrunchQueens

  7. Sprinkle with additional seasoning and bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
