Here’s a fun last minute item you can bring to Thanksgiving this year – Caramel Apple Jello Shots. With a bright, green layer on bottom and topped with a caramel jello layer on top.
I always say, when you bring jello shots, you’re automatically considered the life of the party. People love just love them. That’s why I have so many versions of them and for every occasion. It’s my go-to potluck treat. Summer? Jello shots. Baby shower? Jello shots. Family holiday get together? Oh, we are definitely going to need some jello shots.

- Pina Colada Jello Shots
- The Grinch Jello Shots
- Homemade Apple Pie Jello Shots
- Bloody Vodka Jello Shot Syringes (These are so fun for Halloween!)
- Shamrock Pudding Shots
And of course, there is much more to come. Is it okay to crown myself as jello shot queen now?
Using these plastic little cups from Amazon with lids have been a game changer – making them easy for travel. They’re the perfect size for just one shot. Although, I must warn you that these are a little strong so enjoy responsibly.
If you are on a sober kick or on sober tiktok and want to make them non-alcoholic – feel free to do so. They are still really yummy. Make the jello as directed on the back on the package and leave out the booze.

Caramel Apple Jello Shots
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Apple Jolly Rancher Jello
- Vodka – Tito’s or you could do an apple vodka!
- Caramel Topping
- Plastic Cups
Do I have to use vodka?
Technically, no. You can sub it for another alcohol like tequila or rum but I think it would best pair with vodka.
Are these good to prep before?
Yes. I love prepping them before any event and getting them out of the way. Even if it’s easier for you to prep them 2-3 days in advanced.
