In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites and skinny syrup.
Dunk your bread in your egg wash on both sides and add to a pan on medium high.
Optional: Sprinkle Cinnadust on top.
Cook for a few minutes and then flip and top other side with Cinnadust.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with swerve confectioners sugar and top with walden farms maple syrup!
