Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries

Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries

These Loaded Buffalo Chicken Fries are going to blow your mind. Golden crispy fries, juicy grilled chicken, spicy buffalo sauce and a creamy buffalo ranch to top it off.

I have been on a buffalo sauce kick - I can't stop eating these and my High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip. They're just so easy to make and delicious.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Frozen Fries - I get the Ore-Ida brand of frozen fries but any fries will work. Just make sure they are plain and don't have oil or seasoning on them except for salt.
  • Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts - The Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips are great for this recipe. You can find a bag at your local grocery store in the freezer section. If you prefer to make your own chicken, you can refer to my Juicy Chicken recipe.
  • Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning - You can buy this at your local grocery store as well. It either comes in one time packets or you can also find it in a normal seasoning bottle. I prefer to buy the bottle because I use it quite often. It's really great to add to recipes and sprinkle on veggies for a lower calorie option.

Kitchen Equipment

  • Squeeze Bottle for Sauces - I love having these and making my own sauces.
  • Meat Thermometer - If you don't already have one, you definitely need one!
  • Air Fryer - Personally, I always buy Shark/Ninja products because they never disappoint. The quality and pricing is great.

Make it a Meal

Since this dish is only 334 calories you can either have it as a snack or add some veggies to bulk it up. I would pair a variety of veggies with it - cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, or even a side salad. You can also adjust the protein and carbs by adding more chicken or fries. This will all depend on your macros.

Ingredients
  • 160 grams Straight Cut Fries
  • 3 1/2 ounces Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
  • 75 grams Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • 1/4 cups Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
  1. Cook your fries according the the package. I like to use my air fryer because it's easier and more convenient for my single meal.

  2. Heat your chicken breasts up. This can be done in the air fryer as well or refer back to my juicy chicken recipe.

  3. Now, mix buffalo sauce with your chicken. The buffalo sauce is zero calories so use as much or as little as you want depending on how spicy you want it.

  4. Creamy Buffalo Sauce

To make the creamy buffalo sauce you are going to mix your greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and again more buffalo sauce. Add some, taste, and repeat until you get the flavor you prefer. Add your sauce to a bottle for easy use.

  5. Assemble your meal with your friend, buffalo chicken, creamy buffalo sauce and some parsley to garnish. Enjoy!
