  • 1 pound Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Yellow Onion (Diced)
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
  • 32 ounces Chicken Broth
  • 30 ounces Great Northern Beans (Rinsed and Drained)
  • 8 ounces Green Chiles (1 Mild, 1 Hot)
  • 15 ounces Corn (Drained)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 Block of Fat Free Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tajin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
  1. First, add in your chicken, all your spices, onion, garlic, chicken broth, beans, corn, green chiles and mix. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.

  2. Add in your cilantro, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and cook for 15 more minutes on high.
