Easy Keto Cauliflower Pizza Bakes

  • 1 Large head of Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Marinara
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (See above for homemade)
  • 16 Pepperonis
  1. Pre-heat oven to 425° degrees. 

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Cut your cauliflower into same size pieces for even cooking.

  4. Toss the cauliflower in the avocado oil and italian seasoning.

  5. Lay out the cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.

  6. When the cauliflower is done, divide into 4 and top with mozzarella cheese, marinara and your pizza toppings of your choice. Be sure to include your pizza toppings in the total macros.

  7. Add back into the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.

  8. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Serve with a side of homemade ranch dip.
