  • 2 Heads of Cauliflower
  • 5 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Soften Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Green Onion
  1. Start by chopping both cauliflower heads into about 1 inch pieces or smaller.

  2. Next, bring your water to a boil. Add a bit of salt and cover if you need it to boil quicker.

  3. Boil for 10-15 minutes or until soft.

  4. Add your cauliflower to a blender with your butter, heavy whipping cream, salt,  pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

  5. Blend until smooth - be sure there are no big chunks of cauliflower. I’ve noticed that when I blend it completely, it tastes closer to actual mashed potatoes.

  6. Lastly, garnish with your favorite toppings. I like to top my cauliflower mash with a few slices of green onion.
