An Apple Cider Margarita Pitcher is a must make this Holiday season. It's just the right amount of sweetness with a refreshing after taste.
If you know me, I love me a margarita - of course I had to make a Fall/Winter version. My "secret" ingredient when it comes to making these delicious cocktails, is Grand Marnier Liqueur. It adds a subtle orange citrus flavor that compliments the apple cider very well. You can actually use Grand Marnier as an upgrade for Cointreau in cocktails. You can drink it straight or on the rocks. Another option would also be to use triple sec.
If you live in San Diego, you know the best apple cider is in Julian. Where all the fresh apple pies and cider is made. If you're visiting San Diego, it's a must see. A small little town up in the mountains. If you're not, head over to your local grocery store and get some fresh cider.
