The Grinch Rice Krispies Treats
The Grinch Rice Krispies Treats are a great way to turn simple rice krispy treats into something fun and exciting! Especially if you have kids. They will absolutely love it.
They are made like regular rice krispy treats - just add green food coloring and a heart sprinkle.

- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 16 ounces Marshmallows
- 7 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- Green Food Coloring
- Red Heart Sprinkle
First, grease a 9x13 pan and mixing bowl.
Pour cereal into greased mixing bowl and set aside for later.
Melt down the butter in a saucepan over low to medium heat.
Add marshmallows and melt down about 75%.
Add green food coloring until desired color is reached.
Take the pan off of the heat and continue to stir the marshmallows until smooth. The residual heat will continue the marshmallows to melt down.
Poor the marshmallow mixture over the cereal and stir.
Then, add the mixture into the greased 9x13 pan and gently press down.
Top with red candy hearts.
Let cool for about 20-30 minutes and then enjoy!
