  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cups Peanut Butter
  • 11 ounces Butterscotch Chips
  • 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cup Crushed Pretzels
Instructions
  1. Sweet and Salty Butterscotch Bars

    In a medium pan over medium heat, combine your butter, butterscotch chips and peanut butter. Stir until well combined.

  2. Remove from the heat and set aside allowing it to cool for about five minutes.

    Add your pretzels to a bag and crush them into smaller pieces.

    Next, fold in your mini marshmallows and crushed pretzels.

    Add your batter to an 8x8 lined baking sheet.

  6. Then, top with a pinch of crushed pretzels and refrigerate for for 45-55 minutes.
