Sugar Free Pumpkin Syrup

Sugar Free Pumpkin Syrup

If you love all things pumpkin like I do, you'll love this sugar free pumpkin syrup. It can be used for your coffee, hot cocoa, fruit, overnight oats and so much more. My favorite way to use it is in my coffee. I usually love the syrups from TJ Max and HomeGoods but it tastes so much better homemade in my opinion.

Plus, you can save $5 every time you make it at home instead of going to Starbucks. Imagine how much money you'll save! Adding creamer isn't necessary but by all means, add it if you like the extra creaminess. I like to do a little splash. The best part is this recipe is totally customizable. You can also make it as sweet as you want, just add a little extra Brown Sugar Swerve.

Sugar Free Pumpkin Syrup

The other day I was running around, getting the girls ready for school and I was so excited to have my pumpkin iced coffee. I quickly realized I was out of my pumpkin syrup and that is when the homemade sauces really come in handy. To make this sugar free pumpkin syrup, it takes close to 15 minutes. The prep time is only 5 minutes and then you'll let it simmer on the stove for a few. I add in that extra couple of minutes in case you have crazy kiddos like I do.

During this time of year, I strictly drink and eat everything pumpkin flavored. Not really, but pretty close. So far I've made pumpkin chaffles, pumpkin overnight oats, peanut butter pumpkin bites and keto pumpkin nut clusters. Now, pair one of those with an iced coffee with sugar free pumpkin syrup. Absolutely delicious!
