Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounce Rum or Rum Alternative (I use Ritual)
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Coconut Syrup (Skinny Mixes Brand)
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lime
  • Top with Sparkling Water
  • 1 On The Go Pina Colada Packet (Ultima Replenisher)
Instructions
  1. In a shaker cup, add lime juice, pineapple juice, rum alternative, pina colada packet, ice, and shake well.

  2. In a cup with fresh ice, pour your mocktail in and top with soda water. Garnish with a pineapple slice, lime, and fresh mint.
