  • 1 Chocolate Protein Shake (I use Fairlife)
  • 5 grams Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 10 grams Chia Seeds
  • 1-2 Pistachio Syrup (I use Skinny Mixes (Code JanelleR at checkout))
  1. Literally, just add everything into your mason jar, SHAKE, and add to the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours. After, you can top with whipped cream and pistachios. SO easy and SO good!
