  • 1 Low Carb Tortilla (Carb Balance)
  • 100 grams Homemade Marinara Sauce
  • 28 grams Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 30 grams Pepperoni Slices
  • 2 tablespoons Bolthouse Ranch
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Red Pepper Flakes to Taste
Instructions
  1. First, air fry just your tortilla for about 4-5 minutes at 375 degrees.

  2. Now, assemble your pizza. I like to add a smidge of sauce and save the rest for dipping but that's just my preference. Then, I layer my cheese, pepperoni and Italian seasoning.

  3. Lastly, I add it back into the air fryer at 375 for another 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Tortilla Pepperoni Pizza

    Pair with a side salad and enjoy!
