Forget the endless chips and dip, make these Spinach Artichoke Wonton Cups instead. Filled with warm and cheesy spinach artichoke dip with a crispy outside - they're sure to impress your guests.
They were so addicting so if you're bringing them to a get together, you may want to double the batch. In addition, they're so easy to just pop in your mouth. I think that's how I ended up eating so many. Sorry not sorry. These would also be a great way to impress your husband's friends for Sunday football. If you're into that kind of thing.
Low carb? No problem. Swap the wonton cups for zucchini and squash bites. Easy!
For whatever reason you can't get your hands on some wonton cups, you can swap them out for filo dough or even a biscuit. Like I when I did my Frugal Friday chicken pot pie bites.
If you’re struggling on what to decide to make for Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving – I can attest to these recipes below. They are so delicious and definitely a staple at our holiday dinners.
I’d love to see you recreate it. Also, don’t forget to tag me on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook so I can see.
First, pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. While it heats, finely chop your spinach and artichoke.
Next, add your wonton wrappers to a muffin tin and bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden brown. You may have to do this twice since it makes about 20.
In a bowl, mix together your spinach, finely chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, parmesan cheese and garlic.
Lastly, fill each of your wonton cups with the mixture and add back into the over for another 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted together.
