Ingredients
  • 2-3 pounds Golden Baby Potatoes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • Garnish with Parsley
Instructions
  1. First, take your baby potatoes and chop them into fourths.

  2. Add them to a large microwave safe bowl, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 5 minutes.

  3. Next, take them out, give them a stir and microwave for another 4 minutes.

  4. Then, get your cast iron or pan smoking hot and add oil.

  5. While the potatoes are in your bowl or after you add them to the pan, go ahead and give them a good season. It is really based on preference but if you would like measurements - I'd do 1/2 a teaspoon of all the seasonings and a few pinches of salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Sear for 2-3 minutes, stir and repeat.

  7. Lastly, garnish with some parsley and enjoy!
