My Roasted Cauliflower!

  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Minced Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  1. Start by preheating your oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Chop your cauliflower into 2 inch pieces.

  3. In a large (if you can, reusable) ziplock bag, add the cauliflower and oil. Shake and set aside. 

  4. In a small mixing bowl, mix your spices and almond flower together.

  5. Add spice mix to the ziplock bag and shake until the cauliflower is fully coated.

  6. Line a baking sheet with foil and add cauliflower.

  7. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Stir halfway through and switch racks on your oven.
