My Roasted Cauliflower!

Are you ready to try the best cauliflower ever? Now, I'm warning you... once you have it like this, you're not going to be able to have it any other way.
I love roasting veggies because it's quick, easy, prep time is minimal and you just put it in the oven and you're basically done. It's a great side dish to pretty much go with anything and also a great dish to take to a summer cookout or party. It's definitely a crowdpleaser!  Even my two small kids devour this cauliflower. I bet you don't hear that often, kids eating cauliflower? That's unheard of! Not really, but it's not very often you have to admit.

Alright, alright.. enough chit chat. Let's make this dang cauliflower I'm hyping up!
