  • 6 cups Bread (Cut into cubes and measure)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • Dash of Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees.

    Or skip this step if you want to soak it overnight and bake it in the morning.
  2. French Toast Casserole

    Chop your bread into 1 inch cubes.

  3. In another bowl, mix together your eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Whisk together.

  4. French Toast Casserole

    Add the custard mixture over your chopped bread and fold in with a light hand.

  5. You can bake now but I prefer to let it soak overnight and bake in the morning.

  6. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.

  7. French Toast Casserole

    Let it cool, dust with some homemade powdered sugar and walden farms maple syrup and enjoy.
