Creamy Pumpkin Protein Shake

Creamy Pumpkin Protein Shake

I have a secret ingredient to making this Creamy Pumpkin Protein Shake a hundred times better than any other protein shake. It's Xanthan Gum! In my opinion, it tastes just like a normal shake except it's packed with protein and it's low calorie. Name a better duo.

I love drinking one after the gym after I worked up an appetite or for dessert to satisfy my sweet tooth. The thickness and creaminess is next level.

I can't tell what I love more, the pumpkin or the amount of protein it has. Even if you wanted to start your morning off with something sweet, this would be perfect. It will keep you full and satisfied all morning. I would pair it with a piece of toast or some eggs and veggies to make it a healthy breakfast.

Here's the thing - protein shakes don't have to be boring and powdery! If you're trying to better your life and change your lifestyle, make it enjoyable! It's worth it to spend a little more time to make a delicious protein shake. This is self care. Put it in a cute glass with a reusable straw - I always say it's more fun when it's cute.
