  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (See description for the protein powders I use)
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Pinch of Xanthan Gum
  • 1 Handful of Ice
Instructions
  1. Creamy Pumpkin Protein Shake

    Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.

    Optional: Top with some sugar free whipped cream and pumpkin spice pie spice.
