These Copycat Starbucks Egg White Bites have been a lifesaver when meal prepping. Their egg white bites are my favorite and these taste almost exactly the same.
Something about the fluffiness and texture of the original Starbucks bites are unmatched - until now, that is. I wasn’t able to figure out how to make them without an instant pot and I refused to buy one for just one recipe. So, I finally mastered them in the oven.
One vital thing you’ll need for this recipe is this silicon mold I found on Amazon.
I chose to do the egg white version but this recipe is extremely versatile and customizable. You can use whole eggs, half whole eggs and half egg whites and your favorite veggies and meats. My favorite combo is the egg whites, bacon and everything bagel seasoning. You guys know, I love whole eggs and eat them all the time, but this recipe tastes better to me with the egg whites. I can’t explain it.
Now, since each egg bite is only 80 calories you’ll want to add some fruits, veggies or toast. For me, I like to do 2 egg white bites, a side of fruit and a slice of toast with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Don’t for get the hot sauce! Tapatio or sriracha for me.
If you're craving something sweet AND savory, you can pair them with my 3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes.
You can add any of your favorite meats, cheeses and veggies. Here are some options listed below.
The possibilities are endless!
Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees.
Cook your bacon and set aside.
In a blender, add your egg whites, cottage cheese and white cheddar. Blend until smooth and add salt and pepper to taste.
Place your silicon mold on a baking sheet.
Pour your mixture into your mold filling it 3/4 of the way up.
Sprinkle the top with bacon crumbles.
Bake for 40-50 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings - cheese, everything bagel seasoning, hot sauce, avocado, etc.
