Cilantro Lime Shrimp Tacos

I love these Cilantro Lime Shrimp Tacos that I paired with my homemade Cilantro Lime Dressing from my new It's Saucy E-book! It also pairs perfectly with my favorite drink, my simple low calorie margarita. The juicy, seasoned shrimp are paired with fresh and crunchy cabbage. If you'd like, you can add avocado, tomatoes or my pickled jalapeƱos but be sure to add it to the total macros at the end.

Shrimp is my favorite because they are very low in calorie. If you want to make this more low calorie, you can swap the tortillas for lettuce wraps. I recommend to use a few leaves of buttered lettuce for the wraps because they are sturdy but also flexible.

These tacos are perfect for an easy dinner or leftovers for lunch. If I pack them as leftovers, I like to keep everything in a separate container so nothing gets soggy. They can even be great for a party served buffet style, adding in additional meats and veggies to mix and match.

Have you tried my shrimp fettuccine? It's delicious! Or I love to just eat it alone with some cocktail sauce.
