  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon All Spice
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350° degrees.


  2. In a mixing bowl, add your egg and whip with a hand mixer for 3 to 5 minutes.


  3. Then, gently fold in the rest of your wet ingredients - vanilla, greek yogurt and applesauce.
  4. In another bowl, combine your dry ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in your dry ingredients into your wet and stir until combined. Be careful not to over mix.


  6. Spray your silicone donut molds with nonstick cooking spray.

  7. Using a piping bag, fill your silicone molds.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  9. Topping
  10. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Monk Fruit Sweetener, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and stir together.

  11. Melt a teaspoon of butter in the microwave and paste on the donuts for the cinnamon and sugar to stick.

  12. Lastly, dip the donut in your cinnamon sugar mixture and TA-DA, apple spice donuts!
