  • 2 Slices of Ham Deli Meat
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup ((I use Walden Farms))
  1. Warm and toast your waffles as directed on the package.

  2. Cook your egg in a pan to your liking.

  3. Remove the egg and warm the sliced deli ham on each side until golden.

  4. Assemble your sandwich with your waffles, egg and ham.

  5. Serve with a side of maple free syrup for dipping.
