Quick and Easy Tzatziki Sauce

Let's whip up some quick and easy tzatziki sauce for our Greek Chicken Gyro Bowls. It is quick so it isn't traditionally how they make it but it definitely does the trick and compliments any mediterranean dish. You can also use it as a dip for a party!

I love to tzatziki sauce but I don't have time to soak and drain my cucumbers. so I whipped this up in less than five minutes.

HOW TO MAKE THIS EASY TZATZIKI SAUCE?

The sauce is so easy and simple. You don't need to drain any yogurt or any cucumbers and I promise it's still thick and delicious. Plus, it is only five ingredients.

  • Greek yogurt
  • Cucumber
  • Garlic powder
  • Dill
  • Lemon juice

Now, don't get me wrong. There is nothing against soaking and draining your cucumbers or yogurt, but I don't have the time for it. If you do, I highly recommend it! As mentioned, this is definitely not a traditional tzatziki sauce but I promise you the flavor is still very yummy!

IMPORTANT TIP:

Since we are not draining the water from the cucumbers or the yogurt, you must de-seed your cucumber. This will help it not get too watery.
