Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium pan, brown your ground turkey with a pinch of salt and pepper. This usually takes about 8 to 10 minutes and then remove from heat.
Wash your zucchini and cut them in half longways. Then, with a spoon, hollow out each zucchini half.
Grease a large baking dish or pan and place your eight zucchini boats inside.
In a medium bowl, combine 1lb of cooked ground turkey, half a cup of franks buffalo sauce, and 1/3 cup of greek yogurt.
Fill your zucchini boats evenly with your mixture.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
