Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Chop all of your vegetables and turkey sausage into about 1/2-1 inch cubes.
Line a large baking dish with parchment paper. Lay down your vegetables and turkey sausage.
Top with olive oil and seasonings. Toss and then bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes
Optional: Top with pomegranate seeds and my homemade ranch.
