Creamy Pumpkin Fat Bombs

Creamy Pumpkin Fat Bombs

These Creamy Pumpkin Fat Bombs are just another sweet Fall favorite of mine. The pumpkin doesn't stop.

Super easy, with only 6 ingredients, you can make a sweet and creamy pumpkin fat bomb. I decided to flatten mine out a bit and add a pecan on top. It was absolutely amazing. I know I've been saying every treat I've made is the perfect one, but I really can't decide. They're all delicious and have more than satisfied my sweet tooth.

If you're looking for something more low carb and low calorie, a slice of pumpkin pie can easily be swapped out for a couple of these fat bombs. Of course, if you want the pie, have the pie but if you're still trying to maintain and count calories during the holidays, these are perfect.

I'm all for eating everything in moderation and definitely eating a little more around the holidays, but let's be real here. It can be easy to over eat when you're not even hungry surrounded by delicious food and treats. Or maybe those of use who can't easily shed the weight off after want to eat in moderation but still try a little bit of everything. It's important to respect other's decisions and how they wish to indulge over the holidays. We are all trying our hardest to be the best version of ourselves.

Plus, life's short and it's all about balance. If you want the piece of pie, eat the piece of pie!

Ingredients:

Cream Cheese. This will create a bond for the other ingredients. It also creates the creaminess and soft texture.

Monk Fruit Sweetener. There are tons of different sweeteners to use but I prefer to use the Monk Fruit one from Splenda. I've used the Splenda brand for years because it tastes exactly like actual sugar to me.

Dash of Vanilla Extract. This is for the extra added sweetness.

Pumpkin Pureé. For the yummy pumpkin flavor. I usually just get a can from my local grocery store.

Pumpkin Pie Spice. Now, I'm sure you can get this at any local grocery store but I find that Trader Joe's is the cheapest. And it's in a decent size bottle. If you need spices/seasonings, Trader Joe's is the place for sure!

Coconut Oil. You want your coconut oil to be room temperature and easy to mix with all your other ingredients.

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix all of your ingredients together with a hand mixer.

2. Scoop into balls and freeze for 15 minutes.

3. ENJOY! So easy and yummy when you want something sweet. I store them in the freezer.
