These Champagne NYE Jello Shots are the only thing you need to ring in the new year. They are absolutely adorable and super festive! You’re sure to impress your guests.
I decorated mine with some New Years Eve cupcake toppers from Amazon but it looks like they won’t come in time. Run to Target or Walmart – I’m sure they will have them. They totally make a difference and add that extra festive-ness.
I always say, when you bring jello shots, you’re automatically considered the life of the party. People love just love them. That’s why I have so many versions of them and for every occasion. It’s my go-to potluck treat. Summer? Jello shots. Baby shower? Jello shots. Family holiday get together? Oh, we are definitely going to need some jello shots.

And of course, there is much more to come. Is it okay to crown myself as jello shot queen now?
Using these plastic little cups from Amazon with lids have been a game changer – making them easy for travel. They’re the perfect size for just one shot. Although, I must warn you that they are addicting so enjoy responsibly.
Champagne NYE Jello Shots
Here’s what you’ll need:
- White Grape Juice
- Unflavored Gelatin
- Sugar or Sugar Substitute
- Champagne
- Plastic Cups
Do I have to use Champagne?
Not at all! Feel free to use prosecco or any sparkling wine. Whatever has the most alcohol percentage and is your favorite! That’s always a good option.
Are these good to prep before?
Yes. I love prepping them before any event and getting them out of the way. Even if it’s easier for you to prep them 2-3 days in advanced.
