Blue Lagoon Mocktail

Blue Lagoon Mocktail

Hawaiian Punch provides the perfect blend of tart and sweet in this refreshing Blue Lagoon Mocktail. Combine with lemon sparkling water and garnish with a few Swedish Fish, and you have a great beverage option to share on the beach—or at home!

This drink is perfect for Summer and chilling by the pool, beach or on the patio. Even for the kids! My girls love to have a fun drink in hand during these hot Summer days. The blue color and swedish fish make us feel like we are mermaids hanging by the pool. Or pirates that are sailing the blue lagoon. Kids are sometimes so simple. They love to drink or eat what you do and just enjoy being in your presence. Easy enough for me - I'll take a Blue Lagoon Mocktail, tan and watch them tire themselves out in the pool.

Here's what you'll need:

Berry Blue Typhoon Hawaiian Punch Mix I used the sugar free version that I got off Amazon. The color and flavor worked just as well as the blue curacao so I was very happy with it. Plus, I didn't have to spare too much of my macros to enjoy this yummy mocktail.

Lemon Sparkling Water This makes up for the Lemonade. The Blue Hawaiian punch has so much flavor, I love how the sparkling water adds a tang and makes it a bit less sweet.

Swedish Fish I like to use these for garnish and to make it fun. You can also purchase these fish bowl cups from Amazon that make it a bit more fun to drink.

What is blue curacao syrup?

Blue curacao syrup has a light orange flavor paired with a slight orange smell. This syrup is very sweet and vivid in color. This is what makes it great for a non-alcoholic addition to a drink - for the taste, smell and appearance.

I'm not sober, can I make this a cocktail?

Oh, but of course. I still drink just not as much so I think mocktails are a great alternative. I'll list the cocktail recipe below.

The Original Blue Lagoon Cocktail
