Strawberry Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

Strawberry Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

You're going to love this Strawberry Vanilla Protein Ice Cream I made in my Ninja Creami. It was sweet, creamy and delicious.

I was really excited to share this recipe with you all – I made it last week and have been obsessed. You know how I am when I like something. So this is my current obsession. If you’re on a health journey like me or are trying to lose weight while also eating yummy desserts this is it. This ice cream is packed with tons of protein – 21g to be exact and so filling. This is the best hack out there to feel full while satisfying your sweet tooth.

With only 168 calories, it makes for a great dessert to end the night or a midday snack when you’re not quite ready for lunch yet. Better yet, can we make after lunch dessert a thing? Sometimes your girl has the biggest sweet tooth after lunch.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Ninja Creami - Duh! (IT'S ON SALE RIGHT NOW) I have to admit, the girls and I regularly use this creami. I was a little skeptical at first because I like my ice cream CREAMY but didn't want to have to use a bunch of extra calorie ingredients to make it the way I like. Little did I know you can literally put fruit in there and it will turn into a sorbet. Even with my protein ice cream, sometimes it can turn out chalky but not with the creami. I'm honestly shocked. Plus, you can keep spinning it until you get the consistency you want.
  • Almond Milk or Soy Milk - Of course, use the milk you like but please note that the macros will change. Be sure to adjust them when necessary.
  • Vanilla Protein Powder - I know I'm not a huge protein powder person but I bought the sample pack of these and I'm loving them. They're so good and I love the ingredients too. Also, there is nothing wrong with protein powder, I usually just prefer to eat my protein but it makes it better when it turns into ice cream.
  • Sugar Free Vanilla Protein Pudding - I looked on Amazon but these are cheaper at your local grocery store.
  • Strawberries
  • Ice
