Refreshing Summer Antipasto Salad

Antipasto salad is another crowd favorite! It is so refreshing and packed with veggies and protein. I love to make it for my girls after a long pool day and they need a quick snack break. It's also great for barbecues or even a summer dinner out on your patio. You can meal prep this and take it to work, just keep the dressing on the side and pour it over the day of or right before you’re about to dig in. Ingredients
  • 12 Slices of Salami
  • 12 Slices of Pepperoni
  • 4 Pieces of String Cheese (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cups Feta Cheese
  • 8 tablespoons White Wine Vinaigrette
  • 6 Black Olives
  • 6 Green Olives
  • 1/3 cups Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/3 cups Broccoli
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Salad Supreme Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Chop and mix ingredients together in a big bowl and serve! Yes. It's THAT easy.
