Ingredients
  • 1 Big Bag of Green Beans
  • 1 Bag of Fried Onions
  • 1/2 Pack of Bacon
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Pinch of Xanthan Gum
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Cut ends off of green beans and then cut them in half.
     
  2. In a pot, bring your water to a boil and add your green beans. While you cook them for 5-10 minutes, pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees.
  3. Chop onion and saute with 1/4 tbsp of oil in a medium hot pan.
     
  4. Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp butter, pinch of xanthan gum, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and simmer on low for 5-10 mins or until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add green beans, bacon and sauce into a baking dish and cook in the oven for 10-15 mins.
     
  6. Generously top with crispy fried onions and add back to the oven for another 5 mins. Enjoy!
